The HIGH

As I head to an undoubtedly wonderful and luxurious event at The High Museum of Art tonight, I wanted to be sure all of you know that The High is available for weddings! They have several spaces that are great options for weddings from 50 guests to 650 guests! The larger spaces- the Robinson Atrium and the Grand Lobby- are a little pricey, so if you can't afford to have your entire reception at the museum {or just want to buy yourself some extra time for photos after the wedding ceremony}, consider having a cocktail hour in the Atrium between your ceremony and reception while the museum is still open. Your guests will get to experience the entire museum at their leisure and enjoy cocktails and hors d'oeuvres! If you already have your wedding venues booked, but still love the High, be sure you stop on the property to get an amazing shot like this one below from Sara and Derrick's wedding. And Table 128o, which is on the High's property, is a great venue for a rehearsal dinner. Invite your guests to arrive early to peruse the current exhibits- be sure to include a ticket for admission to the museum with your Rehearsal Dinner invites. Photo below courtesy of Laura Negri
