Lori & Marshall: Part II {The Details}

Some details from Lori and Marshall's Fall wedding...

Marshall is a graphic designer, so he created all of the sweetly sophisticated and perfectly coordinated stationery- even the guest book! Instead of programs, we hung these sweet thank you notes on each chair:

To those who have been there since the beginning...
BIRTH, FIRST SMILE, WOBBLY STEPS

To those with whom we have shared memorable moments...
HIGH SCHOOL, COLLEGE AND BEYOND

To those with whom we have played...
SOCCER, TENNIS, FLAG FOOTBALL

To those with whom we have lived...
DORM ROOMS, APARTMENTS, HOMES

To those with whom we have shared a meal...
LOW COUNTRY BOIL, SUNDAY DINNER, A CHICKEN TACO

To those with whom we have traveled...
ROAD TRIPS, SKI TRIPS, EUROPE

To those who have traveled here today...
FROM BOULDER, SAVANNAH, MIAMI

To those who aren't here but have a place in our hearts...
GRANDPARENTS, COUSINS, FRIENDS

To those who have taught us life's lessons...
To those who helped us become who we are today...
To our brothers and sisters...
To our parents...

THANK YOU

Lori and Marshall were married in their backyard, which we tented to soften the space. With some DIY touches including lanterns from IKEA and moss pedestals, we created a romantic backdrop and focal point for the ceremony.

Lori's Mom owns a shop in Savannah and had given the couple these super cute glavanized steel buckets covered in different colors and patterns that were filled with hydrangeas and placed on the guest tables and throughout the couple's home.

One of Lori and Marshall's favorite resaurants is Taqueria del Sol, so their catering co. Sol Catering provided a delicious spread. Guests also enjoyed their classic margaritas and Mexican beers.

And the meal would not have been complete without cupcakes from Sweet Pockets! Key Lime, Midnight and Blonde were Lori and Marshall's favs and they looked absolutely yummy stacked high on a table covered in a clean, white linen adorned with the couple's new monogram.

Guests picked up candy favors in cute packaging before they sent the Bride and Groom off with a sparkler exit...

Best Wishes to Lori and Marshall who were wonderful to work with. Thank you again to the talented Tracy Adams for these beautiful images. We are excited to see Lori and Marshall's wedding in print in the Spring!
