Anne-Ross & Colin

Anne-Ross and Colin were married at First Presbyterian on November 22nd. They took the title {from Lauren and Ty who's wedding was just a few weeks prior} of our largest wedding party to date- with over a dozen Bridesmaids and Groomsmen! The girls looked beautiful in chocolate brown floor length gowns. They bundled up in their pretty apricot pashminas that Anne-Ross gave them as Bridesmaids gifts and their coats to make the very cold walk over to the HIGH museum to take pictures before the ceremony. Everyone carried stunning bouquets of lush, garden florals that fit the color palette {whites/greens/peaches/
pinks/chocolate brown} perfectly.

These are a few of my favorite images taken before the ceremony...

And this has to be my (new/latest) favorite Groom + Groomsmen shot.

After the wedding...

And at the reception at Puritan Mill...

The night came to a glamorous end with a petal toss. I love their identical expressions!

A huge thank you to the amazingly talented Jesse and Whitney of Our Labor of Love for these images! Stay tuned for another breathtaking wedding {Ellie & Dave} they shot with us in January also at Puritan Mill.

Brieon + Kenneth featured on Southern Weddings today!

We love to re-visit our weddings, so I am thrilled to see Brieon and Kenneth's wedding featured on the Southern Weddings Magazine blog (one of our must-reads) today. Brieon had such sweet things to say about us in her interview, so we just want to say we heart you right back! Congrats you two!

Monday {Blues}

If these two fab finds don't get rid of your "case of the Mondays," I don't know what will. These literally make me melt...

Huge News x 2!

We are ecstatic to be involved with 2 amazing events in the coming months! The NotWedding event was a huge success last year- so much so that Star94 and Atlantan Brides Magazine have teamed up with some amazing vendors to have the event again this year. The NotWedding will be held at the fabulous W Buckhead on April 5th. Doors open at 4. Ceremony at 5. Reception at 6. Tickets are $25 and can be purchased online {here} only. Admission includes a gift bag {the first 100 receive a super-deluxe bag}... food, drinks and dancing... a raffle ticket... and quite possibly the most fun you'll ever have. This event is limited to the first 350 guests to register and purchase tickets.

Some of the wonderful vendors involved in pulling this shindig together include styling by Joy Thigpen, planning by us!, photography by the amazing Our Labor of Love, invitations from Verde Paperie, accessories from Oh My Deer!, flowers from Amy Osaba and cakes from Chocolate Pink Cafe. There will also be lots of other talented vendors participating to make it an incredible night. The website is updated and has tons of new surprises... including (drum roll please....) an entirely FREE real wedding to one lucky couple!

We are currently accepting applications in hopes of finding the perfect couple for the FreeWedding {see more information at the "FreeWedding" link on The NotWedding site}. The lucky couple will receive a FREE wedding on May 31 of this year that will include everything: venue + catering {thank you Sun in my Belly!}, photography, wedding dress + other attire, cake, flowers, invites, coordination... everything! All donated by our amazing vendors from The NotWedding. The wedding will be featured in the summer issue of Weddings Unveiled Magazine. We hope to find three finalists in the next few weeks and then ask the bridal community to vote on a winner, who we will then announce at The NotWedding on April 5th. GOOD LUCK and we hope to see you ALL at The NotWedding event!

Vintage/Rustic/Provencal... on a farm

Robin and Neill are getting married at beautiful Hawkesdene in Andrews, North Carolina and we couldn't be more excited about Robin's vision for her intimate wedding. She is looking for a provencal and vintage look complete with herbs, white flowers, and an estate table {to seat all 40 guests} that will be placed in front of a barn. We can't wait to see it all come together! This board includes some of the elements that inspire us for her wedding design.

Cuff Love

Speaking of UGA Fans... We think these bulldog cufflinks from Thomas Pink (who also makes amazing ties) could be the perfect gift for the Groom and Groomsmen alike.

Jessica & Matt

Jessica and Matt were married at Peachtree Presbyterian on November 15th. Their reception followed at Capital City Club Brookhaven. Here are some of our favorite images from their day.

Another fabulous pair of Stuart Weitzman shoes....

Jessica's Grandfather walked her down the aisle-- I love this sweet moment between the two of them just before the doors open...

This is so cute- the kiss... and then Jessica wants to be sure Matt isn't wearing her lipgloss!

I love these ribbons of Gardenia blooms that were the pew markers.

Dinner included delightful Southern favorites and then there was LOTS of cake. I love the beautiful simplicity of Jessica's cake. And, well, we have never seen anything quite like Matt's cake, or at least how it was displayed. Like so many of our Grooms, Matt is a serious UGA Football fan. So, there was an actual "Tailgate" area for Matt's Beer Cooler Groom's Cake. Yes- an actual truck tailgate featured a TV so guests could keep up with the score of their favorite teams as well as the Groom's cake. Too funny.

After dinner and cake- what is there left to do but DANCE!? Guests seriously got down to the sounds of the amazing Papa Soul band. Check out this guy's moves!

The evening finally came to an end as the bride and groom made their way to their vintage car in a flurry of white rose petals. What a great party!

Congrats Jessica and Matt- we wish you all the best! Thank you to Charlie Pappas for these images that so perfectly tell the story of Jessica and Matt's day.

An Etsy Bride

We are super excited to be working with an etsy bride! Yasha and Mat will have an initimate ceremony here in Atlanta at a funky gallery space before they head to Yasha's home in Turkey for their formal wedding. Yasha creates these beautiful ceramics {including porcelain jewelry} that you can purchase on etsy.
