I love when the new magazines come out each Season- especially this time of year when magazines are a must for summer pool/ocean side reading. I was excited to see the weddings of Lori and Marshall, Melissa and Jason as well as a re-cap of The Knot Market Party in the Fall/Winter The Knot Georgia Magazine. DIY Circus Themed Wedding

Last weekend I had the pleasure of working with the amazingly talented New York photographer Josh Goleman. I was perusing his website and came across the circus themed wedding of Halli & Adam on his blog. I think this is one of the most creative, well-done themed weddings I have ever seen!



Josh told me that anytime there was a wedding "formality" {first dance, cake cutting, etc.} they would walk around with these adorable signs letting everyone know what was happening next.

Jenna & John on Snippet & Ink

May flew by so quickly I almost didn't have time to look up! I didn't even realize that Jenna and John's derby themed wedding was featured on Snippet and Ink in early May. We loved all of their fun details for a derby weekend wedding! I also love the idea of having your guests write you little notes {instead of a guest book} that you have someone mail to your home address. What a sweet treat to have the notes waiting for you in your mailbox when you get back from your honeymoon!

Fabulous Frock Friday: Heidi Elnora comes to Atlanta!

Last night I had the pleasure of attending the opening of Heidi Elnora's second store front {the first is in Birmingham} in an adorable boutique in the heart of Midtown. The event was sponsored by the Atlantan Brides magazine. Heidi {a Project Runway alum} could not be more sweet and down to Earth. Southern brides will undoubtedly flock to the store to have the experience of creating a completely custom gown with the designer herself. We are so excited to have this fresh perspective on finding the wedding gown of your dreams right here in Atlanta.
