Emily & David

Emily and David were married on April 4th at the Biltmore in the Imperial Ballroom.

Everyone was so happy! Lots of smiles all around....

The flowers were beautiful! I love that the light blue in all of the florals was very similar to the blue in the ceiling of the ballroom. The bridesmaids bouquets and reception flowers also had vibrant pinks incorporated that completed the look.

The last few moments before the ceremony between Father and Daughter.

Onto the reception!

Guests indulged in lots of yummy sweets including cake and a candy bar that included both regional favorites {peach candies} and some of the Bride and Groom's favorites.

A bubble exit to a vintage Rolls Royce!

I am so impressed with these lovely images from Laura at Artstar Photography! Thank you for sharing, Laura! See the complete slideshow here. Best Wishes to Emily and David!

Eye Candy

I hope this weekend proves to be as sunny and delightful as this image from Abby Ross!

Great Gatsby!

We have seen a trend of '20s inspired weddings as of late here at Ashley Baber Weddings. Loving these peacock feather hair accessories from Portobello {seen here} as a fun addition to this "theme."

Congrats Jacqui and Lachlan!

So excited for our dear friends Jacqui and Lachlan who were married a few weeks ago at King Plow. This is one of my favorite images from their day. You have got to head over to the Our Labor of Love blog to check out the florals and decor Steve Bales team at Bold American pulled off for this wedding (not to mention the gorgeous pics!). WOW!

Fabulous Frock Friday

Loving this ensem from J.Crew {courtesty of my new obsession dlshdesign}. The flats are such a great option for your bridesmaids if you are having an outdoor ceremony and/or reception (or if you just want to be sure they can dance all night long) and would be such a welcome addition to any gal's Fall wardrobe!

{Until next year......}

Kendall & Paul

Kendall and Paul were married in a beautiful candle-lit ceremony at Peachtree Presbyterian Church on March 7th.

I love this image of Kendall from her bridal shoot a week before the wedding.

Kendall wore her Mom's dress that had been slightly re-worked. How sentimental!

Kendall had a vision of rich pinks and golds for their reception at the Wimbish Mansion. Design elements included specialty linens, gold flatware, custom menus and stunning tall floral arrangements of hydrangeas, roses and submerged orchids.

Kendall and Paul had their first toast as husband and wife from the same "Nuernberg Wedding Cup" {A German tradition- you can see it next to the cake} that Kendall's parents drank from on their wedding day.

The party went on late into the night until it was time for a petal exit to a vintage car.

Thank you to The Decisive Moment for these gorgeous images. Congrats, Kendall & Paul! It was such a pleasure working with you!

Fall {Preview}

Loving this color palette/inspiration board from 100 Layer Cake for the Fall. I am excited about variations on the chocolate brown that we have be seeing for quite some time now- dark espresso and rich rust and copper tones.

Registry Fun

Registering can be a painstaking process. However, this event looks like it will fun for all and will include some great Atlanta vendors. It's tomorrow evening from 6-8 at Lenox Mall, so mark your calendars!

Engagement Session: Jenny & Andrew

Love these engagement shots of one of our sweet September couples, Jenny and Andrew. Can't wait for their big day!

Thank you to Our Labor of Love for these rad images!
